Right of Withdrawal

11.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties. The withdrawal period starts from the date the Product is delivered to the Buyer or the person/entity designated by the Buyer for delivery. The withdrawal notification can be made by the Buyer by informing the Seller at the address [Nisbetiye Mah. Aytar Cad. Fecri Ebcioğlu Sk. No:4 K:3 Beşiktaş İstanbul] and by contacting the Seller via e-mail [support@ishinaltare.com].

11.2 In accordance with Article 12, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Seller shall refund all payments collected, including any delivery costs of the Product (if applicable), within fourteen days from the date the Seller receives notification of the Buyer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.

11.3 The Seller will make all refunds related to the Buyer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal using the same payment method the Buyer used to purchase the Product, without any additional costs or liabilities to the Buyer, and in a single transaction.

11.4 In exercising the right of withdrawal, within the scope of subparagraph (g) of the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation,, if the Buyer chooses one of the return shipping options specified by the Seller, and the Product is returned within the withdrawal period, the Buyer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. In this context, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller through the communication channels available on the system regarding the return option they choose. If there is no branch of the designated carrier in the Buyer’s location, the Seller will arrange for the Product(s) to be picked up from the Buyer without charging any additional fees.
